McDonald's at 10400 West Sprague Road, Parma, Ohio.

Very disappointed with this location since it is the worst location I have ever been to. Like usual, I was very much in a hurry this morning and was asked to park and wait for my order to be brought out to my car. After waiting in line for 14 minutes and then waiting for my order for another 10 minutes only to have the wrong order brought to me. When they came back out after another 8 minutes to have the wrong order delivered again. The employee said they only had this order (the incorrect order). On top of all of this frustration, she argued with me about me demanding I get what I ordered. 32 minutes to get the wrong breakfast and pay for double what was delivered. I told them to go pound salt and will never go back to this location again. This is not the first time I have had problems at this location and this experience was what prompted me to write a review this time.

Line with 3 threes cars in it took forever! Then I was given my iced turtle coffee with no chocolate drizzle, which I have had many times at North Royalton location. I asked the lady why my coffee didn’t have chocolate likes it’s suppose to hence the meaning of “Turtle”. She looked at me dumbfounded, the manager then said with coffees you don’t get any drizzle! They should look at the stupid sign out side to see what the turtle coffee is meant to be. So unbelievable and dirt cheap and filthy looking location! Don’t waste your money!
