    Terrible place to go. My Grandma went there to get TV service, had a ton of problems getting that setup.

    When they did that they cancelled her home phone and lost her phone number. She hasn't had a home phone for the last 3 weeks.

    We impressed the importance of an elderly woman having a working phone at home in case of an emergency and they lied saying everything was fine.

    Guess what it wasn't and we are still dealing with this 3 weeks later.
