My wife was billed for service in December 2017 she never received. We never went to Parma hospital for years. Their ER screwed up admitting someone and stuck my wife with the bill. We tried to sort it out and even told them that the insurance that was billed was not even hers. Their excuse was "Oh, they paid it." They were too stupid to check with the insurance company to find out who the real person was.

Update: After a week of calling back and forth with a few voice messages left in which they did not return calls, we finally got someone who was willing to investigate the situation instead of blindly accepting their erroneous information. After a few more days they finally admitted their billing error and hopefully corrected it entirely. We still have not been able to confirm whether or not the medical records are still screwed up with the other person's medical procedures on my wife's records.
